Fat: 64.94g | Prot: 92.96g | Carb: 209.81g.   Breakfast:  chocolate rice cake, grapefruit juice, low fat cream cheese, mild cheddar. Lunch:  avocado, tempeh, and amond salad-les mills, spicy tomato and lentil soup-les mills. Dinner:  arugula, baby spinach, cucumber, green onions, Homemade Yeast Rolls, red bell peppers, strawberry, tri tip. Snacks/Other:  almonds, blueberries, chobani greek jogurt, chocolate fudge cake, Diet Cheesecake with Fruit.
