Fat: 63.68g | Prot: 77.29g | Carb: 172.57g.   Breakfast:  sandwich thin, orange juice, oven roasted turkey breast oscar meyer, egg beaters, mild cheddar, grapefruit juice, johnsonville breakfast sausage. Lunch:  chocolate rice cake, all natural peanut butter smucker's, trader joe's organic raspberry, kiwi, flax seeds, sunflower seeds. Dinner:  tri tip, arugula, baby spinach, cucumber, raspberries, hazelnuts, almonds, honey, Homemade Yeast Rolls, baby cut carrots. Snacks/Other:  trader joe's all white whole wheat flower, almond meal, hershey's cocoa powder, brown sugar, egg white, coconut oil.
