Fat: 63.68g | Prot: 77.29g | Carb: 172.57g.   Breakfast:  egg beaters, grapefruit juice, johnsonville breakfast sausage, mild cheddar, orange juice, oven roasted turkey breast oscar meyer, sandwich thin. Lunch:  all natural peanut butter smucker's, chocolate rice cake, flax seeds, kiwi, sunflower seeds, trader joe's organic raspberry. Dinner:  almonds, arugula, baby cut carrots, baby spinach, cucumber, hazelnuts, Homemade Yeast Rolls, honey, raspberries, tri tip. Snacks/Other:  almond meal, brown sugar, coconut oil, egg white, hershey's cocoa powder, trader joe's all white whole wheat flower.
