Fat: 73.27g | Prot: 119.13g | Carb: 217.15g.   Breakfast:  grapes, kiwi, muscletech, rolled oats, trader joe's unswtened almond milk. Lunch:  sandwich thins, Turkey Chilli. Dinner:  Apple Pecan Chicken Salad, wendy's. Snacks/Other:  chocolate rice cake, cottage cheese, grapefruit, grapes, kiwi, lemon filled donut.
