Fat: 3.03g | Prot: 45.24g | Carb: 262.13g.   Breakfast:  black coffee, flour, water, White Rice. Lunch:  coffee, fat free cheddar cheese, flour, lipton tea, pita bread, rice, sugar. Dinner:  flour, I Can't Believe its not butter spray, rice, water.
