Fat: 69.05g | Prot: 52.35g | Carb: 23.72g.   Breakfast:  bacon, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Coffee Creamer, Poached Eggs, splenda, wonderful. Lunch:  boiled egg, chedder cheese, Garden Salad, spam, vinaigrette honey.
