Fat: 205.84g | Prot: 125.80g | Carb: 81.32g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Ham (Whole, Cured, Roasted), Poached Eggs, Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Vanilla, splenda. Lunch:  almond, provolone, roast turkey breast. Dinner:  Chicken Flavored Stuffing Mix, Pickled Carrots Sliced, Pork Roast, Valley Fresh Steamers Broccoli Florets. Snacks/Other:  Churn Style Butter, Sweet Potato.
