Fat: 80.65g | Prot: 69.18g | Carb: 130.41g.   Breakfast:  Beef Sausage, Cheddar Cheese, Egg White, Light or Lite Cream Cheese. Lunch:  Brussels Sprouts, Butternut Squash and Apple Soup (Large), Oyster Crackers. Dinner:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Snacks/Other:  Butter (Salted), Corn, Filet-O-Fish, Milk Chocolate Candies, White Bread.
