Lunch:  Golden Platter Gluten Free Chicken Tenders, Southern Home Broccoli and Cauliflower. Dinner:  Arnold Double Protein Hearty Multigrain Bread, Beef Top Sirloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Hummus, Lifeway Foods Kefir Smoothie. Snacks/Other:  Luna Luna Protein Bar - Chocolate, Muscle Milk Chocolate Milk Protein Shake (11 oz).
