Fat: 127.54g | Prot: 76.15g | Carb: 221.86g.   Breakfast:  coffee, Cream (Half & Half), lowfat chocolate milk. Lunch:  tangerine, trail mix nut & chocolate planters. Dinner:  baba , buttered pasta, guac, seafood gumbo. Snacks/Other:  girl scout cookies.
