Fat: 127.54g | Prot: 76.15g | Carb: 221.86g.   Breakfast:  Cream (Half & Half), coffee, lowfat chocolate milk. Lunch:  trail mix nut & chocolate planters, tangerine. Dinner:  seafood gumbo, buttered pasta, baba , guac. Snacks/Other:  girl scout cookies.
