Fat: 125.30g | Prot: 125.72g | Carb: 226.76g.   Breakfast:  instant oatmeal apple, Cream (Half & Half), coffee, chocolate chip chewy granola bar sunbelt. Lunch:  fig newtons, orange, sargento snacks, cajun chicken tyson, mayo, deli sliced swiss. Dinner:  pasta with meat, taquitos, eggs, ciabatta rolls.
