Fat: 144.76g | Prot: 102.30g | Carb: 216.86g.   Breakfast:  egg nog, coffee, quaker instant grits, mayo. Lunch:  gouda cheese, deli sliced turkey, sourdough bread, lettuce, sweet & salty nut granola bar. Dinner:  broccoli salad, ravioli, meatball, tortilla chips, sliced roast beef, sliced turkey. Snacks/Other:  m & m.
