Fat: 66.83g | Prot: 120.84g | Carb: 113.87g.   Breakfast:  Almonds, Baked or Broiled Shrimp, blue dragon Spring roll wrappers, Egg, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables. Lunch:  chicken taco salad light, non fat sour cream, salsa, white chicken chili. Dinner:  Cabernet Sauvignon Wine, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Greek Style Feta Dressing, Lettuce, Mozzarella Cheese, Portabella Mushrooms, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast, Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  90 Calorie Brownies - Chocolate Fudge Brownie, banana, cow pal, egg.
