Fat: 66.83g | Prot: 120.84g | Carb: 113.87g.   Breakfast:  blue dragon Spring roll wrappers, Egg, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Baked or Broiled Shrimp, Almonds. Lunch:  chicken taco salad light, non fat sour cream, white chicken chili, salsa. Dinner:  Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast, Tomatoes, Lettuce, Portabella Mushrooms, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Mozzarella Cheese, Greek Style Feta Dressing, Cabernet Sauvignon Wine. Snacks/Other:  banana, egg, cow pal, 90 Calorie Brownies - Chocolate Fudge Brownie.
