Fat: 58.40g | Prot: 59.71g | Carb: 182.51g.   Breakfast:  coffee, coffee mate sugar free, special k cereal bar, splenda. Lunch:  Premium crackers, Progresso Light Chicken pot pie. Dinner:  2% milk, carrots, chuck roast, potato. Snacks/Other:  breakstone cottage doubles, Light & Fit Yogurt - Raspberry, planters peanuts, special k cereal bar.
