Fat: 62.65g | Prot: 205.90g | Carb: 139.09g.   Breakfast:  thin lean steaks, baby spinach, almonds, hard boiled egg, phd whey, sweet potato, butternut squash, kale, banana, coconut oil, sesame seeds, boneless skinless chicken breast. Lunch:  cottage cheese, cherry tomato, chia seeds, eggplant, bell pepper, mushrooms, mince lamb, baby carrots, olive oil, greek yogurt. Dinner:  prawns, quinoa, cherry tomato, cucumber, apple. Snacks/Other:  flaked almond, phd whey, egg white, gluten free oats, blueberries, total greek yogurt.
