Fat: 62.65g | Prot: 205.90g | Carb: 139.09g.   Breakfast:  almonds, baby spinach, banana, boneless skinless chicken breast, butternut squash, coconut oil, hard boiled egg, kale, phd whey, sesame seeds, sweet potato, thin lean steaks. Lunch:  baby carrots, bell pepper, cherry tomato, chia seeds, cottage cheese, eggplant, greek yogurt, mince lamb, mushrooms, olive oil. Dinner:  apple, cherry tomato, cucumber, prawns, quinoa. Snacks/Other:  blueberries, egg white, flaked almond, gluten free oats, phd whey, total greek yogurt.
