Fat: 41.78g | Prot: 91.57g | Carb: 217.27g.   Breakfast:  flax seeds, Frozen Blueberries, oat bran, wheat germ, zoi non fat greek yogurt. Lunch:  bell pepper, calabacita squash, kimchi, soba noodles, sriracha, tofu. Dinner:  cucumber, mango, soba noodles, soybean sprouts, tofu, tomato, trader joe's organic herb salad mix, white radish. Snacks/Other:  apples, frigo cheese heads, Mochi Ryoka, skinny cow white mint truffle, trader joe's raw almonds.
