Fat: 82.92g | Prot: 107.38g | Carb: 186.56g.   Breakfast:  eas advantedge shake, lara bar cashew cookie. Lunch:  Fat Free Ranch Dressing, pear, Romaine Lettuce, Tuna in Water (Canned). Dinner:  avocado, dark chocolate, ezekiel bread raisin, strawberry jam, tilapia . Snacks/Other:  colby jack cheese slice, lara bar blueberry muffin, pistachios, sourdough bread, trader joe's prunes.
