Fat: 66.12g | Prot: 80.81g | Carb: 271.74g.   Breakfast:  Reduced Fat Peanut Butter, Tea (Brewed), Warburton's Medium Sliced Wholemeal Bread, Bran Flakes, Alpro Soya Unsweetened Soya Milk. Lunch:  Scallions or Spring Onions, Natto, Soy Sauce (Shoyu) (Low Sodium), Brown Rice (Medium-Grain, Cooked), Egg, Mushrooms, Nikunashijaga, Harusame yuba salad. Dinner:  nasumiso, Cooked Rice. Snacks/Other:  Dried Goji Berries, Asda 70% organice dark chocolate with cocoa nib, Snacks Mini Donuts, Cucumber (Peeled), Miso, Rice (Sake) Beverage, Glico Men's Pocky.
