Fat: 46.04g | Prot: 75.04g | Carb: 240.18g.   Breakfast:  Alpro Soya Unsweetened Soya Milk, Bran Flakes, Reduced Fat Peanut Butter, Tea (Brewed), Warburton's Medium Sliced Wholemeal Bread. Lunch:  Blue Dragon Instant Miso Soup, Brown Rice (Medium-Grain, Cooked), Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber (Peeled), Dried Shiitake Mushrooms, Egg, Maruya dried wakame, Natto, Scallions or Spring Onions. Dinner:  Brown Rice (Medium-Grain, Cooked), Dried Whole Sesame Seeds, Granulated Sugar, nasumiso, Stones Ginger Wine, Sweet Potato (Without Skin, Cooked, Boiled). Snacks/Other:  Nestle Quality Street Selection, Ogurasansou Saganoyaki.
