Fat: 46.04g | Prot: 75.04g | Carb: 240.18g.   Breakfast:  Reduced Fat Peanut Butter, Bran Flakes, Tea (Brewed), Warburton's Medium Sliced Wholemeal Bread, Alpro Soya Unsweetened Soya Milk. Lunch:  Cherry Tomatoes, Scallions or Spring Onions, Egg, Natto, Blue Dragon Instant Miso Soup, Dried Shiitake Mushrooms, Maruya dried wakame, Cucumber (Peeled), Brown Rice (Medium-Grain, Cooked). Dinner:  nasumiso, Brown Rice (Medium-Grain, Cooked), Sweet Potato (Without Skin, Cooked, Boiled), Granulated Sugar, Dried Whole Sesame Seeds, Stones Ginger Wine. Snacks/Other:  Nestle Quality Street Selection, Ogurasansou Saganoyaki.
