Fat: 34.73g | Prot: 65.87g | Carb: 225.61g.   Breakfast:  peanut butter, bran flakes, tea, wholemeal bread, soya milk. Lunch:  celery, wakame, curry flavour instant noodle, king prawns, cooked soya beans, balsamic vinegar. Dinner:  pasta sauce, tuna, dry spaghetti, Ginger Wine, melon. Snacks/Other:  Saganoyaki.
