Fat: 55.96g | Prot: 72.50g | Carb: 248.87g.   Breakfast:  bran flakes, peanut butter, soya milk, tea, wholemeal bread. Lunch:  cherry tomato, egg, ginger, miso soup, peanut butter, spring onion, wakame, Wholemeal Bread (Large). Dinner:  broccoli, butter, carrot, corn, Fish fingers, Peas, potatoes. Snacks/Other:  70% organice dark chocolate with cocoa nib, Saganoyaki.
