Fat: 37.02g | Prot: 70.20g | Carb: 233.93g.   Breakfast:  bran flakes, peanut butter, soya milk, tea, wholemeal bread. Lunch:  celery, cherry tomato, ketchup, margarine, mustard, quorn burger, spinach and lentil grill, Wholemeal Bread (Large). Dinner:  egg, Ginger Wine, salmon shushi.
