Fat: 26.37g | Prot: 66.38g | Carb: 225.82g.   Breakfast:  bran flakes, peanut butter, soya milk, tea, wholemeal bread. Lunch:  celery, cream cheese, ginger, miso soup, peanut butter, Quinoa stuffing (for roasted pepper), shiitake, soy sauce, spring onion, wakame, Wholemeal Bread (Large). Dinner:  Dry Spaghetti, Ginger Wine, pasta sauce, tuna.
