Lunch: celery, cream cheese, ginger, miso soup, peanut butter, Quinoa stuffing (for roasted pepper), shiitake, soy sauce, spring onion, wakame, Wholemeal Bread (Large). Dinner: Dry Spaghetti, Ginger Wine, pasta sauce, tuna.
