Fat: 38.56g | Prot: 71.86g | Carb: 262.24g.   Breakfast:  bran flakes, peanut butter, soya milk, tea, wholemeal bread. Lunch:  celery, cherry tomato, cooked soya bean, ginger, miso soup, okonomiyaki, shiitake, soy sauce, spring onion, wakame. Dinner:  apple, balsamic vinegar, broccoli, Quinoa stuffing (for roasted pepper), red pepper, spinach and lentil grill, tangerine. Snacks/Other:  Goji Berries.
