Fat: 47.63g | Prot: 72.79g | Carb: 309.22g.   Breakfast:  peanut butter, bran flakes, tea, wholemeal bread, soya milk. Lunch:  celery, spring onion, soya beans, shiitake, mentaiko pasta sauce, Whole Wheat Spaghetti, cherry tomato, dried sweet potato. Dinner:  smoked salmon & kidney beans fish cake, red wine, cauliflower, cooked rice, broccoli, orange. Snacks/Other:  kooks tangy cheese flavour, 70% organice dark chocolate with cocoa nib.
