Fat: 47.63g | Prot: 72.79g | Carb: 309.22g.   Breakfast:  bran flakes, peanut butter, soya milk, tea, wholemeal bread. Lunch:  celery, cherry tomato, dried sweet potato, mentaiko pasta sauce, shiitake, soya beans, spring onion, Whole Wheat Spaghetti. Dinner:  broccoli, cauliflower, cooked rice, orange, red wine, smoked salmon & kidney beans fish cake. Snacks/Other:  70% organice dark chocolate with cocoa nib, kooks tangy cheese flavour.
