Lunch: cherry tomato, cooked brown rice, egg, harusame salad, kinpira gobou, mushroom, orange. Dinner: cooked brown rice, harusame salad, nasumiso, red wine. Snacks/Other: coffee, dark chocolate, Flatbreads Mixed Seeds, Goji Berries.
