Fat: 44.44g | Prot: 71.24g | Carb: 251.25g.   Breakfast:  bran flakes, peanut butter, soya milk, tea, wholemeal bread. Lunch:  cherry tomato, cooked brown rice, egg, harusame salad, kinpira gobou, mushroom, orange. Dinner:  cooked brown rice, harusame salad, nasumiso, red wine. Snacks/Other:  coffee, dark chocolate, Flatbreads Mixed Seeds, Goji Berries.
