Fat: 48.54g | Prot: 69.55g | Carb: 198.78g.   Breakfast:  peanut butter, bran flakes, tea, wholemeal bread, soya milk. Lunch:  mushroom, egg, Wholemeal Bread (Large), cucumber, cherry tomato, peanut butter. Dinner:  broccoli, vegie sausage, cooked rice, onion gravy, cauliflower, harusame salad. Snacks/Other:  dark chocolate, coffee.
