Lunch:  Mixed Greens, Feta, Salmon, Tomatoes, Kalamata Olives, Aged Balsamic Vinaigrette, Black Bean Soup. Dinner:  Turkey Meatballs, Mashed Potato (from Dry), Cream Sauce.
