Lunch:  Dry Roasted Almonds (Without Salt Added), Popped Corn Chips - Sea Salt. Dinner:  Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Whole Wheat Spaghetti, Baked Beans. Snacks/Other:  Chewy Bars - Oats & Chocolate, Kit Kat, All Time Favorites Chocolate Assortment.
