Dinner:  Beef Top Loin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat) , Olive Oil, roast beef. Snacks/Other:  Cos or Romaine Lettuce , Cucumber (with Peel) , Grape Tomatoes, Honeycrisp Apples, Natural Unsweetened Cocoa, stevia sugar blend, Young Green Onions, Zucchini.
