Fat: 87.44g | Prot: 99.77g | Carb: 263.38g.   Breakfast:  Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat), Frozen Blueberries. Lunch:  Barber Foods Stuffed Chicken Breast Kiev, Meatless Fried Rice. Dinner:  Great Value Beef Philly Cheese Steak, Reduced Fat Sour Cream, Salsa, Tortilla Corn Chips. Snacks/Other:  Banana Oatbars, Kiwi Fruit, Low Fat Bran Muffins, Oranges.
