Fat: 96.70g | Prot: 82.62g | Carb: 212.43g.   Breakfast:  banana, cottage cheese, grapes, peanut butter, strawberries. Dinner:  bacon, bok choi, broccoli, egg noodles, flank steak, mustard, pickles, red wine, white wine. Snacks/Other:  chocolate chips, hot chocolate mix, peanuts, Sea Salt Caramels, tiramisu.
