Fat: 54.65g | Prot: 81.28g | Carb: 184.22g.   Lunch:  beer, canned mushrooms, canned tomatoe, celery, onion, pork chops, rice. Dinner:  bok choy, broccoli, carrot, cauliflower, chicken breast, green pepper, meatless fried rice, peanut oil, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce. Snacks/Other:  hot chocolate mix, Toffifee.
