Fat: 60.29g | Prot: 70.88g | Carb: 156.31g.   Breakfast:  Oatmeal, brown sugar, 2% Fat Milk. Lunch:  Baked Chipotle Bacon Penne. Dinner:  chicken breast, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower. Snacks/Other:  Lemon Yogurt, Tangerines (Mandarin Oranges), ritz, shortbread cookies.
