Fat: 62.49g | Prot: 124.34g | Carb: 71.64g.   Breakfast:  1% milk, coffee. Lunch:  chicken breast tenders, crystal light, lowfat cottage cheese, spring mix greens, tomato. Dinner:  2% milk, baked potato, beef porterhouse steak, butter buds, coffee with 1% milk, italian seasoning, Jane's crazy salt, tomato, yellow squash.
