Fat: 62.49g | Prot: 124.34g | Carb: 71.64g.   Breakfast:  coffee, 1% milk. Lunch:  spring mix greens, tomato, lowfat cottage cheese, chicken breast tenders, crystal light. Dinner:  2% milk, coffee with 1% milk, baked potato, beef porterhouse steak, yellow squash, tomato, butter buds, italian seasoning, Jane's crazy salt.
