Lunch:  carrots, celery, Low Sodium Chicken Broth (Canned), red lentils, red onion, spiral ham, trader joes chocolate esspresso beans. Dinner:  peanut sauce, spring roll, spring rolls. Snacks/Other:  unsalted peanut butter, homemade protein pancakes, Mint Truffle Dark Chocolate Kisses, pineapple chutney, Popcorn with Herbs & Spices, spiral ham, tilapia, trader joe's mini ice cream cones, trail mix trader joes.
