Lunch:  spiral ham, celery, red onion, carrots, Low Sodium Chicken Broth (Canned), trader joes chocolate esspresso beans, red lentils. Dinner:  spring rolls, spring roll, peanut sauce. Snacks/Other:  homemade protein pancakes, trail mix trader joes, Mint Truffle Dark Chocolate Kisses, tilapia, spiral ham, pineapple chutney, Popcorn with Herbs & Spices, trader joe's mini ice cream cones, unsalted peanut butter.
