Fat: 56.33g | Prot: 137.05g | Carb: 56.83g.   Breakfast:  cottage cheese, ezekiel bread, greek yogurt, berries, Boiled Egg. Lunch:  tuna mediteranian twist*, ezekiel bread, olive oil. Dinner:  ground turkey, salsa, salad- add above ingredient on top. Snacks/Other:  almond butter + celery, whey protein powder.
