Fat: 61.59g | Prot: 172.87g | Carb: 244.96g.   Breakfast:  Egg, Flour Tortillas (Fajita Size), Turkey Sausage. Lunch:  96% Fat Free Heart Healthy Flour Tortillas, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Cream of Chicken Noodle Soup. Dinner:  Gumbo with Rice (New Orleans Type with Shellfish, Pork or Poultry, Tomatoes, Okra, Rice), Sweet Potato (Without Skin, Cooked, Boiled). Snacks/Other:  Navels Oranges, Nonfat Blueberry Greek Yogurt, Nonfat Peach Greek Yogurt.
