Fat: 89.46g | Prot: 90.38g | Carb: 127.17g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Cranberries , Fresh Flax Oil, Half & Half, Organic 100% Whole Ground Golden Flaxseed Meal, Raw Almonds, Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk. Lunch:  Flax Roll-ups, Green Leaf Lettuce , Natural Roasted Turkey Breast, Red Tomatoes , Sliced Lite Provolone Cheese. Dinner:  Carrots , Celery , Chopped Tomatoes, Cos or Romaine Lettuce , Cucumber (with Peel) , Dry Roasted Unsalted Almonds, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Green Cabbage, low fat Italiano dressing, Mushrooms , Onions , Radishes , Red Tomatoes , Shredded Lite Mozzarella Cheese, Tofu Shirataki Noodles. Snacks/Other:  Advantage Dark Chocolate Decadence Bar, Apples , Fat Free Dairy Whipped Topping, sugar free cherry gelatin, sugar free chocolate syrup, Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk.
