Lunch:  Green Leaf Lettuce , Flax Roll-ups, Sliced Lite Provolone Cheese, Natural Roasted Turkey Breast, Red Tomatoes . Dinner:  Onions , Tofu Shirataki Noodles, Chopped Tomatoes, Green Cabbage, Mushrooms , Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Dry Roasted Unsalted Almonds, Cos or Romaine Lettuce , Cucumber (with Peel) , Celery , Red Tomatoes , low fat Italiano dressing, Radishes , Carrots , Shredded Lite Mozzarella Cheese.
