Lunch:  Cucumber (with Peel) , Cos or Romaine Lettuce , Celery , Carrots , Radishes , low fat Italiano dressing, Red Tomatoes , Simply Wild Pacific Salmon, Dry Roasted Unsalted Almonds, Soy Slices Cheddar Flavor. Dinner:  Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Broccoli , Tofu Shirataki Noodles, Sesame Tahini, Onions, Mushrooms , Dry Roasted Unsalted Almonds.
