Lunch:  Carrots , Celery , Cos or Romaine Lettuce , Cucumber (with Peel) , Dry Roasted Unsalted Almonds, low fat Italiano dressing, Radishes , Red Tomatoes , Simply Wild Pacific Salmon, Soy Slices Cheddar Flavor. Dinner:  Broccoli , Dry Roasted Unsalted Almonds, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Mushrooms , Onions, Sesame Tahini, Tofu Shirataki Noodles.
