Fat: 36.15g | Prot: 111.07g | Carb: 203.23g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Apple & Cinnamon Instant Oatmeal, Blueberries, Light Chocolate Milk Protein Shake (8.25 oz), Raw Fiber, Yakult Light. Lunch:  Baby Brussels Sprouts & Butter Sauce, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat), Lite Yellow Cling Peaches. Dinner:  Honey Roasted Turkey Breast. Snacks/Other:  Diet Cranberry Juice, Light Fat Free Yogurt - Orange Creme, Raw Fiber.
