Fat: 36.02g | Prot: 50.86g | Carb: 48.00g.   Breakfast:  Hazelnut Creamer, Taster's Choice Hazelnut Roast Instant Coffee, Equal, miralax - 1 capfull, Vitamins and Meds. Lunch:  Chicken casserole, water, lemon, lipton green tea, water. Dinner:  roasted chicken, Cafe Bowl Chef Salad, water, Lemon, bm. Snacks/Other:  tootsie pop.
