Fat: 23.44g | Prot: 32.62g | Carb: 90.53g.   Breakfast:  Hazelnut Creamer, Taster's Choice Hazelnut Roast Instant Coffee, miralax - 1 capfull, Equal, Quaker Oatmeal maple and brown sugar, Vitamins and Meds. Lunch:  smoked salmon , Chives & Onion Cream Cheese. Dinner:  Celery, Chives & Onion Cream Cheese - 2 Tbsp. Snacks/Other:  Lemons (Without Peel), I can't believe it's not butter spray, Kirkland cut green beans.
