Fat: 27.00g | Prot: 18.00g | Carb: 16.00g.   Breakfast:  Crumbled Bacon, Equal, Hazelnut Creamer, Kraft American Singles, Lucerne Grade AA Large Eggs, miralax, Taster's Choice Hazelnut Roast Instant Coffee, Vitamins and Meds, Water. Lunch:  lipton green tea. Snacks/Other:  Bold Wasabi & Soy Sauce Almonds.
