Fat: 48.96g | Prot: 49.73g | Carb: 62.12g.   Breakfast:  2 Hard Boiled Eggs, Equal, Hazelnut Creamer, miralax, Taster's Choice Hazelnut Roast Instant Coffee, Vitamins and Meds. Lunch:  roasted chicken, SAFEWAY CAFE BOWL CHEF SALAD. Dinner:  bm, roasted chicken. Snacks/Other:  Bold Wasabi & Soy Sauce Almonds, I can't believe it's not butter spray, Kirkland cut green beans, Lemons (Without Peel).
