Fat: 48.96g | Prot: 49.73g | Carb: 62.12g.   Breakfast:  Hazelnut Creamer, 2 Hard Boiled Eggs, Taster's Choice Hazelnut Roast Instant Coffee, miralax, Equal, Vitamins and Meds. Lunch:  SAFEWAY CAFE BOWL CHEF SALAD, roasted chicken. Dinner:  roasted chicken, bm. Snacks/Other:  Kirkland cut green beans, I can't believe it's not butter spray, Bold Wasabi & Soy Sauce Almonds, Lemons (Without Peel).
