Fat: 78.82g | Prot: 128.09g | Carb: 120.82g.   Breakfast:  skim milk, mushrooms, Fire Roasted Bell Peppers and Onions, eggs extra, Turkey Bacon. Lunch:  Garden Vegetable Soup, roasted salted peanuts. Dinner:  Cooked Octopus, Honey Mustard Dressing, Lettuce, Chorizos, Cooked Dry Chickpeas. Snacks/Other:  Honey Deli Ham.
