Fat: 51.05g | Prot: 72.31g | Carb: 112.64g.   Breakfast:  bread, egg, grapefruit juice. Lunch:  Asian Chopped Chicken Salad without Dressing, sweet n sour sauce. Dinner:  Italian salad dressing, lettuce, tomato, turkey burger. Snacks/Other:  chocolate peanut butter, peanut m&m.
