Fat: 144.04g | Prot: 159.87g | Carb: 40.45g.   Breakfast:  bell pepper, cranberry juice, egg, heavy cream, spinach, swiss cheese. Lunch:  green beans, lamb, Tomato. Dinner:  broccolli, cheddar cheese, roast chicken. Snacks/Other:  Fiber Well Gummies, heavy cream, walnuts.
