Fat: 149.67g | Prot: 142.40g | Carb: 54.48g.   Breakfast:  Carpaccio, egg, heavy cream, swiss cheese, trader joes 100% pomegranite juice. Lunch:  green beans, trader joes 100% pomegranite juice, trader joes tri tip roast. Dinner:  asparagus, fennel, Sablefish (Black Cod). Snacks/Other:  Fiber Well Gummies, heavy cream, raspberries, raspberries, walnuts.
