Fat: 70.52g | Prot: 103.45g | Carb: 86.58g.   Breakfast:  coffe cream lite, coffee grain, WHEY jillian michaels. Lunch:  Apple, cottage light daisy. Dinner:  beef, corn tortilla. Snacks/Other:  almonds, chocolate kisses, plum, raisins.
