Fat: 47.02g | Prot: 68.57g | Carb: 196.28g.   Breakfast:  Apples, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat), Cream (Half & Half). Lunch:  Cucumber (Peeled), Eating Right Peeled Baby-cut Carrots, Giant Eagle Cherry Tomatoes, HEB Traditional Hummus, Oranges, Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, White Turkey (Deli Cut Rotisserie). Dinner:  Broccoli, Pinot Noir Wine, Tai Pei General Tso's Chicken. Snacks/Other:  Frieda's Dried Cranberries, Fuji Apples, Light or Lite Cream Cheese, Meijer Raw Almonds.
