Fat: 47.02g | Prot: 68.57g | Carb: 196.28g.   Breakfast:  Cream (Half & Half), Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat), Apples. Lunch:  Oranges, Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, Giant Eagle Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber (Peeled), Eating Right Peeled Baby-cut Carrots, HEB Traditional Hummus, White Turkey (Deli Cut Rotisserie). Dinner:  Broccoli, Tai Pei General Tso's Chicken, Pinot Noir Wine. Snacks/Other:  Meijer Raw Almonds, Fuji Apples, Light or Lite Cream Cheese, Frieda's Dried Cranberries.
